Bare Bones Beauty

The Skeleton Line is a set of minimalistic storage solutions for the modern home. designed to be lightweight cost-effective, yet sturdy and playful. The perforated design allows lots of natural light to pass through and dance amongst your belongings while removing unnecessary material to allow for a lightweight frame.

Offered in both a minimal box, as well as a larger credenza form, the Skeleton Line aims to put a smile on your face by allowing the user to create their own storage system by stacking and fitting the different items together like puzzle pieces. No two Skeleton storage systems exist alike!

Forms That Function

An imperative for this project from the outset was to create a line of furniture that retains pure functionality, while also emitting a kind of natural beauty that does not overshadow the pure utility.

I was inspired by the way in which people use apple crates to create modular storage systems that function just as well if not better than name brand products. These simple solutions often are the most intuitive and the easiest to use.

Occam's Razor comes in handy very often when designing products that get used every day. I believe the Skeleton line finds the happy medium between form and function to create a well-rounded set of products.
